Before you look

NIF, a bank account, and a lawyer who is yours and not the seller's. What a golden visa is and isn't in 2026. How much cash you really need beyond the price.

We go inside.

  • Short, unedited tours of real apartments and houses. The good rooms and the bad ones.
  • What the listing photos hide: the stairs, the street noise, the neighbor's wall, the damp corner.
  • A verdict at the end. Worth it, worth it at a lower price, or walk away.
  • Owners and agents can invite us. We only film what we would look at ourselves, and we say so on camera.
